My conservation and animal care journey started with an internship at a wildlife rehabilitation center while studying for my Bachelor's in Biology from the University of South Carolina. I've bounced around a bit from Texas to Belize to, most recently, Maui. I spent just shy of a decade on Maui until my husband and I landed in Grants Pass, OR a few years ago. I've always had an artistic side, but it took a backseat while I was working in conservation.
